Science games
Dear students and parents,
Our class will be and studying the water cycle all year. Knowing this information, the students will learn about water conservation, pollution, different communities and the way of life. This information will be based on the weather, and much more information that can be used in relation to every subject.

Math games for extra practice
Here are a few math games to practice your skills with during the year. Please feel free to bring me more information and websites for different games that you enjoy to share with the school. Each student that adds information that can be used will earn extra credit points to their grade in the related subject matter. Thank you for your participation.
First field trips
The third grade class is scheduled to go to the San Antonio Museum of Art for an art class studying "Historic America Through Art" on September 28 @ 11:45. We will be learning about the formation of USA through its paintings and sculptures. There will be a hands on art activity at the end.
On October 26 @ 11:45 we are scheduled for an art class studying the Contemporary Period covering the subject Language of Art and the discovery of new materials used by artists.
